Nils Frahm returns to Gothenburg. When it comes to defining the space between classical and electronic music, few names are mentioned as frequently as the Berlin-based pianist, composer, and producer Nils Frahm. His unconventional yet intimate approach to a century-old instrument has earned him fans worldwide. He is also renowned for his exceptional ability to simplify and control his music, infusing his performances with profound emotion and personality. Described as “the punk of classical music,” Frahm has been likened to Stravinsky, Steve Reich, and Philip Glass—rebels in their own right. Earlier this year, he released the album "Day," where he departs from the landscape of "All Melody" and returns to his roots, with soft and elegant piano compositions taking center stage.
