Dance course 1 at Folkmusikkaféet - four Friday evenings 22/9 - 13/10

Welcome to a beginner's course, part 1 with the basics of schottis and some polish shoes. We teach basic dances that are useful at Folkmusikkaféet, fiddler's parties and similar arrangements with dance to folk music. The course is aimed at complete beginners and those of you who have danced before but feel that a real basic course would do you good. Examples of course content can be schottis, "round polish", throw polish, triss polish and associated dance techniques.

Bring shoes that have "slip" soles.
