Göteborgs-Post’s firework display will light up the Gothenburg sky to celebrate the end of 2021 and the start of 2022.

The fireworks can be seen from much of the city and you can also watch online at gp.se.

Good spots: Gothenburg Opera towards Stenpiren, Ramberget, the quays around the SVT-building, the area around Frihamnen harbour, the Göta Älv Bridge and the church Masthuggskyrkan.

The fireworks will be set off from Norra Älvstranden at 5 pm.

It is important to take precautions to reduce the risk of infection and follow the restrictions.
